Pre-Order Items

The suggested delivery time for Pre-Order items is an estimate only, this date is subject to change. Please also note that pre-order items are pre-production items and thus are not guaranteed and may be cancelled at any time. If you have purchased a pre-order item and the item is cancelled, we will issue you with a full refund.

Order with Pre-Order and Stock Item:

When you place an order with both pre-order and stock items, we will ship stock item (s) first. Your pre-order item (s) will be shipped once they are available.

How do you pack my order? and How long does it take to ship out an order?

We pack all our packages in secure box. We are doing our best to handle all orders ASAP but please allow 48 hours after payment is confirmed and received for us to prepare your order. It generally takes between 1 to 7 working days before shipment. You will receive an email of shipping confirmation once order is dispatched.

Please note, in case of delay you will be notified by email.

Do you ship to my country?

Premium Zone - Free Shipping:

Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, and France

Zone 1 - flat rate €8.99 and free shipping on order €100 or more:

Austria, Denmark, UK, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Zone 2 - flat rate €14.99 and free shipping on order €150 or more:

Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, and Slovakia.

How long is the delivery time?

Premium Zone:

Shipping usually takes 1 - 3 days to arrive at destination depending on the local post company. Please email us on hello@littlecutecorner.com if you have not received your order after 5 business days.

Zone 1 - flat rate €8.99 and free shipping on order €100 or more:

Shipping takes 3 - 5 days to arrive at destination depending on the local post company. Please email us on hello@littlecutecorner.com if you have not received your order after 7 business days.

Zone 2 - flat rate €14.99 and free shipping on order €

Shipping takes 5 - 10 days to arrive at destination depending on the local post company. Please email us on hello@littlecutecorner.com if you have not received your order after 15 business days.

How do I track my order?

We ship all orders with DHL and you can track your order here via DHL tracking page for orders outside Belgium or here via BPOST tracking page for  orders within Belgium using the tracking no. that we send with the shipment confirmation email.

VAT and Duty Tax

VAT is included in all products in accordance the Belgian Law.

Customers from European Union countries will not pay any extra charge. Other customers will have to consult your TAX office.

Delay

Processing time could take longer if the stock is unavailable. In this case, customers will receive a notification email.

Cancellation

Customers can cancel the order within 48h after placing the payment. Cancellation cannot be done after the product is shipped. Customers will receive the full refund once we confirm the cancellation.

Stock Unavailability

There is a case that the stock is unexpectedly unavailable. If this happened, customers will receive an email notification and full refund within 48h.

Other importance information

  • Please be informed that shipping time is an estimation based on the regular posting experience per zone. This means that some delay could also be expected due to some uncontrollable events, e.g., weather hazard, incidents at destination, etc

  • If 5 working days (for Oversea Stock) after shipping day have passed and you have not received any product, please contact us on hello@littlecutecorner.com or use the 'Contact Us' page on our website. Depending on each case, we will send you a new order or arrange the refund.

  • Please note that in case of need, all customers have the right to Exchange, Return and Refund our products up to 15 days
