Littlecutecorner is an online store that collect trendy, affordable female fashion. We work with European suppliers and brands. Most suppliers and brands we work with are from France, Italy, Poland, and UK.

We are pro-green business therefore we are trying our best to contribute to reducing global footprints by working and shipping within Europe only. Also our shipping company is by road.

What kind of brands do we host?

Are photos on Littlecutecorner's website real?

All photos used belong to us or from the brand we are working with.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Belgian public holidays. All orders are carefully packed using cardboard boxes. We use DHL service for all orders.

How long does it take for my order to reach me?

Orders are dispatched between 1 - 7 working days after payment confirmation depending on availability and number of order traffic. Typically, UK and EU orders take between 1 - 10 days after dispatch depending on destinations.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Littlecutecorner. These interruptions include, but are not limited to, delays caused by the transportation system, shipping carrier or processing of cardholder's credit/debit card.

Delivery delays due to service interruptions or inclement weather conditions are not the responsibility of Littlecutecorner or the carrier.

What are your delivery charges?

Premium zone - Free

Zone 1 - flat rate €8.99 and free shipping on order €100 or more

Zone 2 - flat rate €14.99 and free shipping on order €150 or more

How do I track my orders?

You will receive an email, together with a tracking number, notifying you that orders have been shipped.

How do I start shopping online with Littlecutecorner?

For step-by-step shopping instructions, please follow the progression below:

When you have found a Product on the Website that you would like to buy, please click on the button labelled "add to cart". This will add your Product to a virtual "shopping cart".

To change what’s in your virtual shopping cart at any time, click on the button labelled "edit cart".

To remove a Product from your virtual shopping cart, click on the button labelled "remove" by the product.

To add more Products to your virtual shopping cart, click on the link labelled "continue shopping".

To pay for the Products in your virtual shopping cart at any time, click the button labelled " check out".

When you click the " check out" button, you will be asked to provide various information necessary to process your order and deliver the Product(s) to you.

You can provide this information by filling in the fields requested on the screen.

All highlighted fields must be completed. We respect your right to privacy and will only use any information you provide to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To shop with greater ease with us online, register one-time to save your details so that you will not have to re-enter your personal information again on your next session.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless "Out of stock" is indicated.  On receipt of your order if any items are unavailable, we will inform you by email and we will offer you a refund or alternative availability date where possible.

Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?

Yes, it is possible if the delivery address is in the listed countries.

What is your cancellation policy?

Customers can cancel the order within 48h after placing the payment. Cancellation cannot be done after the product is shipped. Customers will receive the full refund once we confirm the cancellation.

I would like to change my order. What should I do?

If you would like to amend your order, please contact us at hello@littlecutecorner.com within 24h.

How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?

You will receive an email acknowledgement containing the order reference number and details of your purchase. Your order will be only dispatched upon receipt of payment.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, JCB, American Express, Delta, Maestro, Paypal, IDEAL, and Bancontact. Please note that all payments are charged in Euro. The final amount reflected on your bill may differ depending on the exchange rate at the time your bank processes the transaction.

Do I need to register and set up an account to shop?

It is not mandatory to register. However, if you choose to we will retain your contact details, which will be retrieved when you login on your next visit. Please note that due to security reasons, we will not retain your card details.

What if there are missing or wrong items when I receive my order?

For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at hello@littlecutecorner.com and quote your transaction reference number. Our customer service is ready to help you 24/7. We will endeavour to reply to your query within 24h and we will advise you on what to do next.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order requirement.  Delivery charges will remain as specified.
