Can i exchange my purchase?
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchange. However, you can return and refund your order for free and place new order with correct preference.
Can I return and refund?
YES! We are welcome to Return and Refund if customers are not happy with our products. However, this can only be done NO LONGER than 15 days after customers received their order (s). If 15 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer any exchange, return and refund. To be eligible for this, the item must be sold at regular price, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with hang tag still attached. In order to exchange, customers have to contact us via email@example.com
How to return?

Once acknowledge by our team, we will send you the return label. You can stick the label on the box
Drop the box with return item inside at your nearest post office (NO LONGER than 15 days after recieving the order)
Once we receive and inspect your return, a confirmation email will be sent to you to inform further procedure.
Do I have to pay for return?
a. For customers in Belgium, Germany, Netherlands and Luxembourg:
No, you do not have to pay for return! We've got your back. All return fee is covered by us.
b. For the rest:
Yes, return fee will be covered by customers.

Return and Refund DOES NOT APPLY to sale items or items bought using a special promotion code (except order with code "first" for first time shopping on our webshop)
We shall not accept return products that are sent without consulting one of our customer service team. In case receiving the return without consulting us, we will have to take appropriate action case by case.
Customer will be refunded once we confirm the receipt of your return product. Refund will be done on the same account used when paying the order. Please allow 15 working days for the money to appear on your transaction. If 15 working days have passed and you have not received the refund, please contact us back as soon as possible so that we could take an immediate action.
Due to hygiene concern, we do not accept return or exchange of earrings, socks, swimwear and lingerie unless it is proved to be damaged from our side.
Earrings, socks, swimwear and lingerie can be return only if proved to be damage from our side. Please contact us immediately with no delay upon receiving the product.
Customized products cannot be return.
We will not accept returned products with makeup marks or stain.
Returned products have to be in the same stage received by customers: tag on with the same package.
Upon receiving the return and after a careful inspection, we reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange if the items do not align with our conditions mentioned on the website.
- Refund fee may be charged on the customers' account. This charge is between 1.7% to 3.4%.
- Items must be sent back no longer than 15 days of receiving it. Otherwise, we have the right to reject your refund request and send the parcel back to customer.
When can I apply for return and refund?If you are not happy, you are more than welcome to return the product as long as it fits with the above criteria.
